What this study is about

Researchers are testing whether different diets affect people with mild cognitive impairment. Participants will follow either a low-carbohydrate/high fat diet or a low-fat/high carbohydrate diet for 16 weeks, and then resume their normal diet. The trial will measure changes in cognitive function, cerebral blood flow, and certain proteins and hormones.
