What this study is about

This trial is testing if Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) can improve sleep in people with Traumatic Brain Injury. Participants will take BCAA or a placebo twice daily for 21 days and their sleep, brain function, and pain levels will be measured before and after the treatment period.
