What this study is about

Researchers are testing if a medication called CORT108297 can help reduce the negative effects of stress on memory. The trial will involve people with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease and those at risk for developing Alzheimer's, who will receive either CORT108297 or a placebo over 10 weeks.
