What this study is about

Researchers are testing whether ferric citrate (FC) can help change levels of a substance called intact FGF23 in children with chronic kidney disease. The trial will last 1962 days and involve about 160 children aged 6-18 years old, randomly assigned to either receive FC or a placebo.
