Researchers are testing a combination of drugs to treat advanced solid tumors and prostate cancer. The trial will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of up to 5 different medications, including hydroxychloroquine, metformin, sirolimus, dasatinib, and nelfinavir, given orally.
