What this study is about

Researchers are testing whether restricting the amount of time you spend in bed can improve sleep quality and potentially slow down cognitive decline associated with Alzheimer's disease. The trial will involve older adults who have sleep problems, some with a higher risk of developing Alzheimer's, and it will focus on increasing deep sleep (SWA) through a behavioral intervention.

Simplified from trial records by PatientMatch.
