What this study is about

Researchers are testing whether an abbreviated MRI plus AFP screening every 6 months is as effective as the current standard of care (ultrasound plus AFP screening) for detecting liver cancer in American Indian and Alaska Native people with cirrhosis or hepatitis B. The trial will involve approximately 200 participants who are adults, and it will last about 1614 days.
