What this study is about
This trial is testing whether talking to family members about genetic testing for cancer risk can help improve how many people get tested. Many people with cancer have inherited gene changes that increase their risk of developing cancer, but they may not know this and therefore don't get the necessary healthcare. It aims to see if providers communicating genetic test results to at-risk relatives improves genetic counseling and testing rates.
