What this study is about

Researchers are testing a new intervention called HMZ 2.0 to help pregnant women manage gestational weight gain and improve outcomes for both mother and baby. The trial will involve 144 overweight or obese pregnant women who will be randomly assigned to either the HMZ 2.0 intervention group or an attention control group. Participants in both groups will track their weight, activity levels, and eating habits through online surveys and daily monitoring. They will also attend weekly sessions with a registered dietitian.
