What this study is about

Researchers are testing whether MDMA-assisted Cognitive Processing Therapy (MDMA-aCPT) is more effective than Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) in treating PTSD. The trial will compare these two treatments to see which one works best for veterans with severe PTSD.
