What this study is about
This trial is testing if cognitive interventions can help lessen cognitive lapses and improve overall brain health in people with epilepsy. Participants will attend weekly virtual group sessions led by a neuropsychologist for 12 weeks, followed by continued practice for nine months. Researchers will compare this intervention group to another group that did not receive the intervention to see if it improves brain health.
