What this study is about
This trial is testing if Urolithin A supplementation helps men with prostate cancer undergoing radical prostatectomy. Men will receive either Urolithin A or a placebo for 3 to 6 weeks before surgery. The goal is to see if Urolithin A reduces oxidative stress in prostate tumor tissue compared to the placebo.
