What this study is about

Researchers are testing if a device called iTBS applied to the brain improves social thinking compared to a fake device (sham) in people with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or other psychotic disorders. The trial will measure changes in social thinking and how different parts of the brain work together using fMRI scans, clinical assessments, and cognitive tests.
