What this study is about

This trial is testing a new way to help people with sleep apnea and cognitive changes. It involves using motivational interviewing and electronic messaging to improve adherence to PAP therapy and reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease in American Indian elders aged 50 or older. Participants will be randomly assigned to either usual care (PAP therapy alone) or usual care plus the new intervention.
