What this study is about

This trial is testing whether mindfulness training enhances the effects of psychedelic therapy (psilocybin) on mental health. Participants will receive either psilocybin alone or psilocybin combined with mindfulness training, and their responses to questionnaires, cognitive tests, and brain activity measurements will be assessed throughout it.
