What this study is about
This trial is testing two programs to help older adults with chronic pain and mild cognitive decline. The programs are Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy with Walking (MBCT+w) and Active Living Every Day (ALED). Researchers will see if these programs improve physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being, and whether those improvements last for six months.
