What this study is about
This trial is testing whether high-intensity interval training or moderate-intensity aerobic training can help people with walking difficulties after a stroke. Participants will be randomly assigned to either vigorous intensity walking exercise or moderate intensity walking exercise, performed individually with a physical therapist for 12 weeks. Walking function will be assessed at different time points during and after the trial.
