What this study is about

This trial is testing how adverse childhood experiences and opioid use disorder symptoms affect brain function. Participants will complete computer tasks and have MRI scans to measure learning and memory performance. It compares three groups: adults with opioid use disorder on buprenorphine, adults without opioid use disorder on buprenorphine, and healthy adults not taking buprenorphine.
