What this study is about

Researchers are testing how disrupted sleep affects the link between early life adversity (ACEs) and problems with blood vessels. The trial will measure sleep quality, inflammation, and oxidative stress in young adults. Then, some participants will receive a behavioral sleep intervention to see if it helps improve their vascular health.
