What this study is about
This trial is testing whether targeting specific, potentially cancerous lymph nodes (INRT) is better than treating all lymph nodes (ENI) for head and neck cancer. The goal is to reduce side effects from radiation treatment by focusing on the areas most likely to contain cancer cells.
