What this study is about

This trial is testing whether inhaled insulin is better than rapid-acting injections at controlling blood sugar after meals in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Pregnant women aged 18-40 will take part in it, using either inhaled or injected insulin for two meal sessions to compare their post-meal glucose control.
