What this study is about

Researchers are testing if restricting the time you eat each day (time-restricted eating) can help improve sleep, thinking skills, and brain health in people with Mild Cognitive Impairment or early to moderate Alzheimer's disease. The trial will also look at how easy it is for older adults to follow this type of diet.
