What this study is about

This trial is testing if using Exparel for pain relief after surgery in children helps reduce pain and the need for narcotic medications. It compares patients who receive Exparel with Marcaine to those who only receive Marcaine, looking at their pain levels and how much medication they use up to one week post-surgery.
