What this study is about

Researchers are testing a mobile app called Shining Star mHealth to help preschool children (ages 3-4) follow the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines. The trial will see if using this app can improve how well children meet the guidelines for physical activity, screen time, and sleep. Parents will use the app to encourage healthy movement behaviors in their children.
