What this study is about

This trial is testing whether avoiding alcohol leads to fewer episodes of atrial fibrillation (AFib) compared to allowing some alcohol consumption. Participants will be randomly assigned to either avoid or consume alcohol, and their AFib episodes will be monitored using heart monitors and other devices. It aims to determine if abstaining from alcohol reduces the frequency of AFib events.
