This trial is testing if adding an emotional wellness component to occupational therapy (OT) and/or speech therapy (ST) telerehabilitation improves overall emotional well-being and activity participation for people with stroke. The treatment involves behavioral interventions like occupational or speech therapy, modified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (mCBT), and it will last 974 days.
