What this study is about

This trial is testing whether eating baked potatoes with skin (BP) along with nutrition education focused on a Mediterranean diet pattern (MEDNE) improves blood sugar control, heart health, and dietary quality in people who have pre-diabetes. Researchers will compare this approach to the standard MEDNE alone to see if BP+MEDNE leads to better results.
