What this study is about
This trial is testing whether withholding dexamethasone before surgery can improve outcomes in adults with brain metastases. The trial will follow patients until they start cancer treatment after surgery to see if lymphopenia (low lymphocyte count) occurs. This trial involves a maximum of 35 patients.
